This study was requested by the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health and MassHealth Behavioral Health Programs as part of their efforts to better understand how the newly funded Recovery Learning Communities (RLCs) are working. The evaluation was conducted by Center for Health Policy and Research, UMASS Medical School.
