"Promoting a Culture of Respect: Transcom’s Position Statement on Employee Self-Disclosure in Mental Health Service Workplaces"
This statement was endorsed in 2007 by the Transformation Committee as part of it's work to strengthen the statewide infrastructure for peer-driven mental health services and support. The statement paints a compelling picture of a system that values workers who chose to share personal stories. It is an effective tool for stimulating powerful dialogue among and between service users and service providers.
