The Family Generalist is a full time position that will design and implement a wide range of rehabilitation services focused on supporting adult custodial and non- custodial parents addressing the complex needs of families living with mental illness within a Clubhouse setting. Responsibilities include: provide supervised visitation to non custodial parents, facilitate a parent support group, provide care coordination and establish a supportive and collaborative family team, maintain an effective working relationship with the parent and provide one- to - one coaching. Bachelor’s degree required. Experience providing direct care management to parents and family members in a setting addressing mental health related needs preferred.
