Disclosure
Every individual needs to decide for him/herself whether to disclose (tell about) his/her disability with an employer. There are many things to consider such as whether there is a need for accommodations. The following materials may be helpful in weighing this important decision.
This fact sheet called "Disclosure Decisions TO GET THE JOB" was developed by Virginia Commonwealth University. It includes pros and cons, general guidelines on how to disclose and a disclosure decision worksheet.
