Whats New wit the ADA in 2016

State and Local Government (8:45 am – noon)
The ADA has been in effect for over 25 years and many people are still confused about what the law requires. Can a monkey be a service animal? A miniature horse? What would you do if someone asks for the planning committee meeting to be scent-free?

Many people with disabilities work or would like to work but may need some support. The ADA has been in effect for over 25 years and many people are still confused about what the law requires. In this training, we will cover who is a person with a disability- Are people who have obesity covered? What about people with substance abuse problems?
